Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 多ビツト並列出力端子を持つＩＣの機能確認を
    行うテスト装置において、上記ＩＣの各ビツト出
    力端子から並列に引き出された信号ラインにスイ
    ツチング手段を接続し、該スイツチング手段を用
    いて上記信号ラインをスイツチングすることによ
    り、上記各々のビツト出力信号を上記スイツチン
    グ手段の端子に順次に出力させ、該端子のみをチ
    エツクすることにより、上記ＩＣの全てのビツト
    出力信号をテストすることを特徴とする多ビツト
    並列出力端子を持つＩＣのテスト装置。
