装置に関するものである。

にカムローラを設けて該カムローラをキーに取付
けられたカムフレームのカム溝に係合させること
によりタイボルトを90度回動できるようにしてム
ービングフレームと押盤との締緩および着脱をキ
ーの進退動作により行うようにしたものが既に提
案されているが、このような構成ではシリンダや
油空圧回路に故障が生じた場合に締付けが緩み、
落下事故を起こす虞れがある。

ランプ金11はスリツト3を介して垂下した下端
にクランプ爪12を設けるとともに上端一側に連
設した腕金13の下端面をくさび体7の傾斜面8
と係合する前下りの傾斜面13aに形成してあ
る。また、該クランプ金11の前面部中央にスト
ツパ片14を突設するとともに後面部下方に鍔板
部15を張設したもので、腕金13の傾斜面13
aを前記くさび体7の傾斜面8に係合保持させて
前記クランプ爪12をスリツト3を介して案内レ
ール1の下方に垂下させている。16はくさび体
7とクランプ金11との間に介在する摺動枠金で
あり、その後端部一側にクランプ金11との摺動
面17を備え、またその後面と前記くさび体7の
押圧板9の前面部間には圧縮ばね18が介在され
ている。該圧縮ばね18の押圧下にクランプ金1
1の後面部と摺動面7とは当接され、また、該ク
ランプ金11の前面部をくさび体7の前方一側に
突設した前述の係合片部10に係止させている。
なお、この圧縮ばね18は一端方部を摺動枠金1

ツト3を介して垂下した下端のクランプ爪12が
金型31のフランジ部33の係合部34に達する

に当接して又はスリツト3の先端面にストツパ片
14が当接してクランプ金11の前進が停止する
と摺動枠金16も停止するが、摺動枠金16の後
面部とくさび体7の押圧板9との間には圧縮ばね
18が介在されているので、第4図に示すように
くさび体7は圧縮ばね18を圧縮しながら前進を
続けくさび体7の上端面に形成した前下りの傾斜
面8がクランプ金11の前下りの傾斜面13aを
押上げてクランプ金11が上方に移動しクランプ
爪12が金型31のフランジ部33を締付固定す
ることとなる。この段階でモーター6を停止させ
ればくさび体7は送りねじ5に螺合されているの
で締付が緩む虞れは全くなく、金型31を型取付
盤32に確実に締付固定できるものである。ま
た、金型31を型取付盤32から取外すには、モ
ーター6を逆駆動させ送りねじ5を逆回転させれ
ば先ず、くさび体7のみが後退してクランプ金1
