Claims (1)
- 電子顕微鏡で観察するための試料の処理剤を満
たしたセル１を保持するセル保持部３と、上記セ
ル保持部３に保持されたセル１の中の処理剤にマ
イクロ波を照射する手段４とを有する電子顕微鏡
観察試料処理装置において、上記セル保持部３が
、回転するターンテーブル１３と、同ターンテー
ブル１３上に回転自在に装着された上記セル１を
搭載するセル置台１９とからなり、上記ターンテ
ーブル１３とセル置台１９との間に、ターンテー
ブル１３の回転に伴いセル置台１９を自転させる
伝達機構が介在されていることを特徴とする電子
顕微鏡観察試料処理装置。
