第１図は本考案の一実施例である搬送用ローラ
の要部断面図であり、第２図はそのローラにおけ
る端部部材の要部斜視図である。第３図は従来の
搬送用ローラの一例を示す一部切欠斜視図であり
、第４図及び第５図は夫々第３図の搬送用ローラ
の組立手順を説明するための説明図、第６図は第
３図の搬送用ローラの不具合を説明するために示
したパイプと端部部材との線膨張率の相違を表わ
す図である。 １０：搬送用ローラ、１２：パイプ、１４：接
着剤、１６：端部部材、２２：円板状部、２４：
円環溝。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フイルム、紙等被搬送物を搬送する搬送用ロー
    ラの本体たる樹脂製パイプの端部内周面に該パイ
    プとは異種の樹脂製端部部材を軸心方向外側から
    圧入した上、予め塗布した接着剤にて固着するよ
    うにした端部部材の固定構造において、 該端部部材の前記パイプへの圧入側の先端近傍
    部位に環状若しくは部分環状の溝を形成するとと
    もに、該溝より先端側の部分を該パイプの内径よ
    り小径に形成し、前記接着剤を該溝内部に導入し
    て固化させるようにしたことを特徴とする搬送用
    ローラにおける端部部材の固定構造。
