【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
木溌明はレーザ光線を用いて情報が記録・再生される光
情報記録媒体に関するものである。

コンパクトディスク(以下CD)が広く普及してきた今
、現行CDプレーヤで再生可能な追加型光ディスクは例
えば特開昭62−119748などで提案されている。

可能であるから、CDの小規模生産が低コストで行える
という利点がある。

C発明が解決しようとする課題〕
しかし、この様な、従来の追記型光ディスクは、先ず記
録膜を成膜後、情報を記録し、この後光ディスクをもう
1度真空槽内に入れ、A1等の反射的としてなされたも
のである。

本発明による光情報記録媒体は、S、 Ge、 sb
、Teの原子数比がS (43〜47) 、 Ge(1
5〜8)、Sb (25〜36)、Te (17〜9)
の領域内にある記録膜を有することを特徴とするもので
ある。

以上の様な構成を有する光ディスクは熱処理をすると反
射率が下がることから追記型光ディスクって記録後に反
射膜を成膜する必要がない。

ガラス基板上にGeTeと5b2S、を1:2の割合で
混合した粉末を抵抗加熱蒸着法により記録膜として80
nm成膜し、続いてSiO□を誘電膜として50nmを
成膜し、さらに反射膜としてAであって、しかもCDプ
レーヤで再生可能である。

- (1)S、Ge、Sb、Teの原子数比がS(43〜4
7)、Ge(15〜8)、Sb(25〜36)、Te(
17〜9)の領域内にある記録膜を有することを特徴と
する光情報記録媒体。 - (2)上記の記録膜を第1層として基板上に成膜し、そ
の上に第2層として誘電膜を、第3層として反射膜を成
膜した構造を有することを特徴とする光情報記録媒体。
