Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 使用流体の流通路が軸方向に沿つて形成された
    ボデイ本体と、このボデイ本体の流通路内に軸方
    向に沿つて摺動自在に設けられかつ前記流通路の
    流入口からの使用流体を流出口側の連通口に連通
    させて案内流出させる連通孔を有するとともに前
    記連通口を封止可能なデイスクと、このデイスク
    に対応させて設けられかつ前記ボデイ本体の外周
    に軸方向に沿つて所定のストローク範囲でもつて
    摺動自在なスライダとを具備し、このスライダの
    摺動動作に前記デイスクを磁力による吸引反発作
    用で追従摺動させて、前記流出口側の連通口を全
    閉位置、中間位置または全開位置に設定可能にし
    たことを特徴とする真空弁。
