- カラーブラウン管の蒸着用真空タンク内を排気
する油拡散ポンプに、気化された油液ガスを凝縮
させる第１の冷却器と、内部に充填された油液を
強制冷却する第２の冷却器とを備えたことを特徴
とするカラーブラウン管の蒸着装置。
