Claims (1)
- ヘツドカバーとロツドカバーとを両端に備えた
シリンダチユーブ内に、ロツドカバーを貫通する
ピストンロツドを備えたピストンと該ピストンの
停止位置を設定するための位置決めブロツクとを
摺動自在に内装し、該位置決めブロツクをヘツド
カバーを貫通する軸杆により固定側部材であるサ
ポータに連結し、シリンダチユーブの外部におい
て該サポータに精密送りねじを回転自在に支持さ
せ、該精密送りねじに駆動用モータを連結すると
共に該精密送りねじの回転により移動する送りナ
ツトを螺装し、該送りナツトをシリンダチユーブ
側に固定したことを特徴とする停止位置の変更可
能な空気圧シリンダ装置。
