Claims (1)
- ヘツドカバーとロツドカバーとを両端に取り付
けたシリンダチユーブを、固定側部材であるガイ
ドケース内に軸線方向にのみ摺動自在に内装し、
該シリンダチユーブの内部に、ロツドカバーを貫
通するピストンロツドを備えたピストンと該ピス
トンの停止位置を設定するための位置決めブロツ
クとを摺動自在に内装し、該位置決めブロツクと
ガイドケースに固定されたエンドカバーとの間に
上記ヘツドカバーを送りナツトとする精密送りね
じを回転自在に支承させ、該精密送りねじを駆動
用モータに連結したことを特徴とする停止位置の
変更可能な空気圧シリンダ装置。
