Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、車輪が吸引掃除機の内側に一体に構成された
軸を備え、吸引掃除機が軸の半周を囲む第１の軸受面を
有する第１の軸受部材を備えた第１のハウジング部と、
軸の残りの半周を囲む第２の軸受面を有する第２の軸受
部材を備えた第２のハウジング部とから成る吸引掃除機
の車輪軸受装置に関する。
本発明の目的はわずかな部品から成りそして車輪を迅速
かつ簡単に装着でき、また機械的負荷に対して耐久性の
高い安定した車輪軸受を行うことができる軸受装置を提
供することにある。この目的は、車輪がその外側に位置
するピボットを備え、第１のハウジング部が車輪の外側
に沿って延び上記ピボットと互いに係合する第３の軸受
部材を有する支持壁部を有することを特徴とする本発明
による車輪軸受装置によって達成される。
［実施例］ 添付図面を参照して本発明の詳細な説明する。
第１図に示す掃除機ハウジングの部分はＩＯで示され、
第１の軸受部材１１を備え、この第１の軸受部材１１は
軸受面１２を有し、この軸受面１２は軸受部材１３と互
いに作用しあい、この軸受部材１３は底部１５における
軸受面１４を有する（第３図）。ハウジング部ｌＯは第
３の軸受部材１７が備えられた外側の支持壁部１６も有
する。
車輪２０はフランジ２１ａの付いた軸２１を内側に有し
、このフランジ２１ａは軸受部材１１および１３各々の
中の対応溝１２ａ、　１４ａの中に受けられるように適
合されている。この車輪の外側には輪状の溝２３で囲ま
れたピボット２２が備わる。
軸受装置が絹み立てられる際、軸受２０は軸２１が軸受
面１２に噛み合わさるまでハウジング部ｌＯに挿入され
る。車輪の挿入される間、この外側支持壁部１６は、逆
Ｕ字形の軸受部材１７が溝２３へかちりと噛み込むまで
弾力的に曲げられる。溝２３中へ軸受部材１７を溝２３
に噛み合わせることにより車輪は取付操作を容易にする
この部分に支えられる。底部ハウジング部１５はつぎに
ハウジング部１０の下に取り付けられそしてねじ２４で
固定される。この軸受装置以上によって第４図に示すよ
うに全部が揃う。
組上がった状態で、軸受部材１７はピボット２２と共に
作用しあい、このピボット２２は作動中車輪にかかる加
重からの保護に寄与する。従って、組立による補助が加
わり、軸受部材１７も構造の機械的強度が増大して貢献
する。さらにまた、支持壁部１６は機械的ダメージから
車輪の外側を保護をする。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、車輪（２０）が吸引掃除機の内側に一体に構成され
    た軸（２１）を備え、吸引掃除機が軸（２１）の半周を
    囲む第１の軸受面（１２）を有する第１の軸受部材（１
    １）を備えた第１のハウジング部（１０）と、シャフト
    の残りの半周を囲む第２の軸受面（１４）を有する第２
    の軸受部材（１３）を備えた第２のハウジング部（１５
    ）とから成る吸引掃除機の車輪軸受装置において、車輪
    （２０）がその外側に位置するピボット（２２）を備え
    、第１のハウジング部（１０）が車輪（２０）の外側に
    沿って延び上記ピボット（２２）と互いに係合する第３
    の軸受部材（１７）を有する支持壁部（１６）を有する
    ことを特徴とする吸引掃除機の車輪軸受装置。 ２、ピボット（２２）の周りに環状の溝（２３）を備え
    、第３の軸受部材（１７）が上記溝（２３）に噛み合う
    弓状フランジから成る請求項１に記載の車輪軸受装置。 ３、支持壁部（１６）がフランジ（１７）を溝（２３）
    へ係合するまで曲げて車輪を装着するために弾性を持た
    せたことを特徴とする請求項２に記載の車輪軸受装置。
