Claims (1)
- 誘電体基板、その片面に設けられた励起電極、
この励起電極を被覆する絶縁体から成る放電用素
子と、前記励起電極の反対側の前記誘電体基板面
から離間して架設または表面に接触して配設した
放電電極とからなる放電装置において、各櫛歯が
前記放電電極と交叉するようにして前記励起電極
を櫛歯状に形成し、さらに前記励起電極の隙間に
対する前記櫛歯の面積比を長手方向の両端部付近
で大きくしたことを特徴とする放電装置。
