Claims (1)
- 固定されていない質量体を、その両側から表裏
面に電極を有する同数の圧電体を挟んで加速度検
出部を形成し、この加速度検出部はケース内に一
定荷重印加状態で固定すると共に、前記質量体に
対して同じ側にない圧電体の電極面は、圧電体の
分極方向が異なる電極面同士を接続したことを特
徴とする圧電型加速度センサ。
