  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電基板上に弾性表面波を励振及び受信する弾
    性表面波変換器をそれぞれ配設して構成する弾性
    表面波フイルタにおいて、 該弾性表面波フイルタと前記弾性表面波フイル
    タを搭載する基板との間に誘電体及び空隙の一方
    からなる容量を設け、前記弾性表面波フイルタに
    所定容量を並列に接続したことを特徴とする弾性
    表面波装置。
