DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a wall finishing method for a building, and more specifically, in a wall finishing method in which a mortar finishing material is applied to the upper surface of a wall finishing material, an expanding material and a fiber material are added to the mortar finishing material. This invention relates to a wall finishing method in which cracks in mortar finishing materials are prevented by the expansion and anchoring effects of these mixed materials.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG.
When a base material 12 is stretched between the base materials 11 and a mortar finishing material 13 is applied to the upper surface of the base material 12, a problem arises in that cracks 14 occur due to drying shrinkage of the finishing material itself. The reason for this is that as the mortar finishing material 13 dries, unbalanced shrinkage occurs between the upper and lower surfaces of the structural materials 11 and 11.
If the support interval l is large, the structural members 11, 11
Warping of the base material occurs between the structural members, and as a result, the base material 12 is bent, and the finishing material 1 applied between the structural members
Crack 14 occurred on 3rd. This crack 1
4 has been a common problem that often occurs not only in conventional wooden frame construction methods, but also in two-by-two construction methods, lightweight steel construction methods, etc. Therefore, methods to prevent the occurrence of cracks include narrowing the support spacing between structural members, increasing the holding strength of the base material with braces and body joints, and increasing the thickness of the base material. The bending rigidity of the base material was increased to eliminate warping and deformation.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and its purpose is to mix an expanding material and a fiber material into a mortar finishing material, and to cause the upper surface of the mortar finishing material to warp due to the expansion action of the expanding material. The purpose is to prevent the occurrence of cracks due to drying shrinkage by the warpage and the anchoring action of the fiber material on the lower surface of the mortar finish.

This base material 3 is made of a wooden substrate 31 such as plywood, hardboard, particle board, or an inorganic substrate such as asbestos slate, wood chip cement board, calcium silicate board, etc., and the upper surface is made of ethylene vinyl acetate to improve the waterproof effect. , a waterproof adhesive layer 32 made of acrylic or the like may be provided. Furthermore, an inorganic composite layer 33 made of Portland cement as a main component and mixed with aggregate such as calcium carbonate and silica sand, or lightweight aggregate such as synthetic resin foam and perlite is coated on its upper surface.

On the top surface of this base material 3, 2 to 15% by weight of expanding agents for cement admixture such as calcium, sulfoaluminum, and calcium oxide are added to the Portland cement, and plastics such as glass, vinylon, polypropylene, etc. A mortar finishing material 4 containing 0.1 to 3% of wood-based fiber material such as pulp is applied.

In the mortar finishing material 4 coated as described above, the upper surface A of the mortar finishing material 4 between the studs 1 and 2 warps in the direction of the arrow X due to the expansion action of the expanding material 5. Moreover, as shown in Figure 4,
While this warpage remains, the mortar finishing material 4 gradually hardens, and the fiber material 6 mixed into the finishing material 4 anchors the expanded finishing material 4 as it is. In the final stage of hardening of these mortar finishing materials 4, drying shrinkage occurs in the direction of arrow Y on the lower surface B of the mortar finishing materials, as shown in FIG.

However, this drying shrinkage force is absorbed by the above-mentioned warping of the upper surface A by the expanding material 5 and the anchoring action of the fiber material 6, so no cracks will occur on the upper surface of the finishing material 4 due to drying shrinkage. .

Therefore, in the wall finishing method of the present invention, finishing work can be carried out immediately after applying the mortar finishing material. That is, it is possible to perform a brush finish or a stucco pattern finish using a roller, or to apply a synthetic resin top coat.

As described above, the wall finishing method of the present invention absorbs the drying shrinkage that occurs in the mortar finishing material by using the expanding material and the fiber material mixed in the mortar finishing material, so that cracks do not occur on the upper surface of the mortar finishing material. I have nothing to do. Therefore, the wall surface has a length that provides an excellent structure from both an exterior and waterproof perspective, and there is no need to apply caulking after the finishing material has dried.

Furthermore, since the final exterior finish can be applied even when the mortar finishing material has not yet hardened, the curing period is shortened, and the construction period for wall finishing is extremely shortened.
