The so-called non-lath construction method has begun to be used, in which the joints are fixed with a trowel, etc., and the joints are filled with a joint material to make them waterproof, and then mortar is applied over the top using a trowel or spray. In this construction method,
At the projecting corners, the base plate is fixed so that it does not protrude from the sides of the structural materials such as columns, and the projecting corners are filled with joint material. Therefore, when filling a corner with joint material, it is common to level it out so that the corners are rounded.

A so-called head cutting process is performed to flatten the head of the protrusion. In this case, the unevenness of the base will cause unevenness in the pattern after the head is cut, so the base must be adjusted sufficiently. After being cut, it has a large roundness and must be pressed into a round shape even during the head cutting process. When spray painting stucco-like material on a base that has been treated with corners using the non-lath construction method, it is not possible to use fixed wood at the corners, so the finished product is rounded, which creates problems in terms of appearance and construction. . In order to improve this situation, some attempts have been made to fill the corners with joint material and then apply another layer of joint material several times to make the corners appear as much as possible, but with multiple coats, the one applied first There are problems such as a long construction period as it can only be done after drying and solidification, requiring the skills of an experienced worker, and high material costs. Therefore, improvements to the construction method for projecting corners are desired. There is.

That is, the present invention relates to a construction method for a protruding corner, in which a base plate is fixed to a structural member such as a column, one of the base plates is a sloped surface where the side surface of the base plate cuts into the back surface. The base plate is edged to have a
The edge of the base plate is fixed so as to protrude outward from the structural member, while the end of the other base plate is fixed so as not to protrude outward from the structural member, and is formed between both base plates. This method is characterized by filling the groove with a joint material.

In the figure, reference numeral 1.1' is a base plate, and 1 is edged so that the side surface has an inclined surface 5 that cuts into the back surface. The end of the base plate 1 is 1° of the other base plate.
Nail 2 protrudes from the side of pillar 3 to match the height of the surface of pillar 3.
It is fixed in place. The groove portion formed between the base plate 1.1' and the base plate 1.1' is filled with a joint material 4. Figure 1 shows an example in which the sloped surface 5 of the base plate 1 is formed with the corners on the back side completely edged.
The figure shows an example in which the sloped surface 5 is formed by deeply edging the back surface, and FIG. 3 shows an example in which the entire side surface of the base plate 1 is formed as the sloped surface 5. If the base plate is 1.1°, it can be wood boards such as plywood, particle board, fiberboard, wood wool cement board, wood chip cement board, inorganic board such as asbestos pulp cement board, lightweight cement board, silica board, slag board, etc. The substrate is a composite board of inorganic board and inorganic board, but if necessary, a water layer or rough layer made of synthetic resin, rubber, bitumen, etc. as the main component is applied, and hydraulic cement, synthetic resin or rubber, etc. A hydraulic composition made by appropriately mixing aggregate is laminated. Hydraulic cements include portland cement, blast furnace cement, silica cement, fly ash cement, high sulfate cement, and slag ceracola cement compositions, and aggregates include inorganic lightweight aggregates such as vermiculite and perlite, and sand. , inorganic aggregates such as crushed stone, organic aggregates such as foamed plastic particles, and rubber powder.

Because some of the corners of the base material are angular, the corners of the stucco-like original material are clearly visible even after spray painting. FIG. 5 is a sectional view of a protruding corner of a comparative example in which mortar finishing material was spray-painted in a stucco-like manner onto a base having a conventional protruding corner structure. Base plate 1.

This construction method for projecting corners not only does not require lath, waterproof paper, or lath netting, but also has excellent workability and can prevent cracks in the mortar, and the exterior walls obtained using this construction method are waterproof. At the same time, the construction method of the present invention has the advantages of non-lath construction methods such as being superior in strength, robustness, and durability. At the same time, the construction method of the present invention eliminates the disadvantages of protruding corners in conventional non-lath construction methods that are seen when spray painting thick stucco-like materials. This is an improvement. The protruding corner obtained by the present invention has a corner at a part of the corner, so even if a stucco-like moped finish is performed, the corner will not be rounded and the corner will be clearly defined. In addition, the non-lath construction method has the advantage of being extremely easy to install, and at the same time, there is no need to apply multiple coats of joint material to create corners, reducing extra labor and construction time. Moreover, it is extremely advantageous from a practical point of view that neither materials nor skilled personnel are required.
