Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ａ 円盤状の主電極とこの主電極と同一軸芯上に
配置されたリング状のガード電極とが同一面を保
つた状態に支持されて対向電極との間を相対的に
近接、離間自在に支持され、主電極及びガード電
極と対向電極の間に試料を挾み込んで電圧を印加
し、試料に流れる電流を測定して体積抵抗率或い
は表面抵抗率を測定する体積、表面抵抗率を測定
する測定装置において、 Ｂ 上記主電極及びガード電極と対向電極の間を
片持梁構造の支持柱で連結した構造の体積、表面
抵抗率測定装置。
