突設されている。この突条14の外側は内側に傾
斜していてモータ固定ばね6の係止部15となつ
ている。モータ4は略円筒状のものであつて、モ
ータ4の一側にはモータ4の外周上に開口した凹
部12が刻設してある。このモータ4が上記モー
タ収納部2内に収納してあり、モータ固定ばね6
にてモータ収納部2に固定してある。このモータ
固定ばね6は略方形のばね片16の対向する2辺
に挾持片17を立設するとともに他の対向する2
辺の中央部から断面略L字状の押え片18を挾持
片17と同方向に立設して形成したものであつて
各挾持片17を上記係止部15に弾性的に係止す
るとともに、各押え片18を上記凹所12に弾接
してモータ4をモータ収納部2に固定してある。
このように従来のものにあつては係止部15やモ
ータ固定ばね6等のモータの止め手段が外に飛び
出して寸法が大きくなり、またモータ固定ばね6

基台1に螺着することによつて固定されている。
押え基台19の略中央部には円形の孔24が穿設
されていて、ダイヤフラム5の上端に形成した円
筒状の嵌合部5bがこの孔24から上方に突出し
ている。ポンプ室25はダイヤフラム本体5aと
窪み23の間に形成され、ダイヤフラム本体5a
の端部が吸気弁26となり、他の箇所の端部が排
気弁27となつている。吸気弁26の上方には押
え基台19を貫通した吸気孔28が穿設してあ
り、この吸気孔28は防塵用のフイルター(図示
せず)に連通している。また排気弁27の上方に
は押え基台19を貫通した排気孔29が穿設して
あり、排気孔29は上方に突出した排気管30に
連通している。この排気管30には排気用のホー

はまず軸受孔31、吸気弁26、排気弁29を有
するダイヤフラム5をダイヤフラム収納部3に収
納し、吸気孔28、排気孔29、ホース固定用の
排気管30を有する押え基台19よりダイヤフラ
ム5を挾持し、ねじにて固定する。一方モータ軸
21には偏芯軸22をねじによる螺着、あるいは
圧入等により固定し、この偏芯軸22を軸受孔3
1に挿入しながらモータ4をモータ収納部2に収
納してモータ固定ばね6にて固定する。而してモ
ータ4の回転力は偏芯軸22に伝達され、偏芯軸
22の偏芯運動に伴つてダイヤフラム5の嵌合部

接してモータ収納部内でのモータのがたつきを防
止できるとともに、モータを軸方向に係止してモ
ータの抜けを防止することができ、さらに、モー
タ収納部内のモータ自体の回転をもモータ固定ば
ねの係止突部にて防げるという効果があり、ま
た、モータの止め手段が外側に飛び出して設けら
れることがなく、寸法の縮小化が図れるという効
