Claims (1)
- 高保磁力の磁性材料からなる磁気リニアスケー
ルの長さ方向の表面に磁極の向きが交互に反転し
、等間隔で配列された領域を持つようにＮ極Ｓ極
を交互に着磁し、この着磁状態を磁気センサを用
い読み出し位置検出を行なうよう構成した磁気式
リニアエンコーダに於て、前記磁気リニアスケー
ルに複数の着磁面を設け、夫々の着磁面に対抗し
て複数の磁気検出センサを配置し構成したことを
特徴とする磁気式リニアエンコーダ。
