の一部の外観斜視図、第２図は第１図におけるセ
ンサ支持部の縦断正面図、第３図は２個の磁気セ
ンサのそれぞれの電気出力と、これらの電気出力
を差動増幅した電気出力との出力波形図、第４図
および第５図は可動部のＸ方向の位置変化に対す
るＺ方向およびＹ方向の磁気センサからの電気出
力との関係を示す特性曲線図。 なお、１１，１２：磁気センサ、２：センサ支
持部、３：磁気媒体、４：可動部、５：ベース、
６：差動増幅回路、７：ガイド。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一定の磁極間隔で磁化された強磁性材よりなる
    棒状の磁性媒体３と対向する上下２面のそれぞれ
    に前記磁性媒体３と間隙を設け長手方向に沿つて
    移動し前記磁化の変化を電気信号に変換する２個
    の磁気センサ１１，１２を具備してなる磁気リニ
    アスケール。
