Claims (1)
- 上面に第１及び第２の支持台を有するベースの
第１の支持台にレーザダイオードを固着し、第２
の支持台には前記レーザダイオードの出射光を受
光し伝搬する光フアイバを半田により固着配置し
てなるレーザダイオードモジユールにおいて、前
記第２の支持台の上面に前記レーザダイオードの
光軸に沿う凹溝を設け、該凹溝の底部に上下動可
能に浮台を配置し、該浮台の上面と前記凹溝の内
側面とで形成される溝内に前記光フアイバを配置
し前記半田を溶融充填することにより、前記光フ
アイバを前記第２の支持台に固着するようにした
ことを特徴とするレーザダイオードモジユール。
