であり、モールド成形後の型抜き作業を段階的に
示している。第４図乃至第６図は本考案の異なる
実施例を示す断面図である。第７図は従来のタン
タルチツプコンデンサ用モールド金型を示す断面
図である。 １……タンタル素子、２……リードフレーム、
３……上型、４……下型、５，６……キヤビテイ
、７，７ａ，７ｂ，８，８ａ，８ｂ……抜きテー
パ、９……成形樹脂、１０……イジエクタピン。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 リードフレームに接続されたタンタル素子を上
下から挾み込む上型と下型を備え、各型には、そ
の中央部にタンタル素子を固定し、熱可塑性樹脂
または熱硬化性樹脂にて封入、成形するキヤビテ
イが形成され、このキヤビテイには、成形された
樹脂をキヤビテイから分離させる抜きテーパが形
成されたタンタルチツプコンデンサ用モールド金
型において、 前記上型のキヤビテイに形成された抜きテーパ
の角度が、下型のキヤビテイに形成された抜きテ
ーパの角度より大きくされたことを特徴とするタ
ンタルチツプコンデンサ用モールド金型。
