Claims (1)
- 遅延回路と、基本入力信号とこの基本入力信号
が前記遅延回路を通過した信号との排他的非論理
和をとるゲート回路と、このゲート回路の出力信
号を第１のクロツク端子へ入力して、前記ゲート
回路の出力信号のポジテイブエツジで第１のロジ
ツクレベルを出力すると共に前記基本入力信号を
第１のリセツト端子に入力してリセツトをかける
第１のフリツプフロツプ回路と、前記ゲート回路
の出力信号を第２のクロツク端子へ入力して、前
記ゲート回路の出力信号のポジテイブエツジで第
２のロジツクレベルを出力すると共に前記第１の
フリツプフロツプ回路の第１のリセツト端子に入
力する基本入力信号の相反するロジツクレベルを
第２のリセツト端子に入力してリセツトをかける
第２のフリツプフロツプ回路と、第１と第２のフ
リツプフロツプ回路の各々の出力を入力して基本
入力信号のてい倍周波数の信号を出力する変換回
路とを備えたことを特徴とする周波数てい倍回路
