- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ヒステリシス特性を有するコンパレータと、こ
のコンパレータの一方の入力端子に所定レベルの
電圧を付与する初期化手段とを備えたコンパレー
タ回路において、初期化手段が次の構成を備えた
ことを特徴とするコンパレータ回路。 (イ) コンパレータの一方の入力端子に接続され
たスイツチング素子。 (ロ) スイツチング素子の制御端子に初期化指令
信号を出力してスイツチング素子を導通させ、コ
ンパレータにおける一方の入力端子の電圧を所定
レベルにすることにより、出力電圧をハイレベル
、ローレベルのいずれか特定されたレベルに初期
化する初期化指令信号発生手段。
