置、４は速度制御装置、５は変化率制限回路、６
，３２は一次遅れ回路、７は電圧設定回路、８は
クランプ回路、９，３１は積分回路、１０は反転
回路である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 出力周波数の目標値を決定する設定電圧が与え
    られるとこれに応じて速度指令信号を生成し、こ
    の速度指令信号を基に負荷を駆動するインバータ
    装置において、前記設定電圧が与えられるとこれ
    に応じて一定の変化率で設定電圧まで変化する信
    号を出力する変化率制限回路と、この変化率制限
    回路からの信号を遅延させる一次遅れ要素を含ん
    で構成されその遅延出力を速度指令信号として出
    力する一次遅れ回路とを具備してなるインバータ
    装置。
