BACKGROUND ART FIGS. 9 and 10 show instruments used to measure water contained in a highly viscous sample (hereinafter simply referred to as sample). In the figure, 1 is a glass sampler of a predetermined length with a dish-shaped scooping part 2 at the tip, and 3 is an insertion opening 4 at the top.
A sample 5 is housed in the sample container 3. Reference numeral 6 denotes a titration container having an input port 7 on the side wall, and a solvent 8 is accommodated in the titration container 6 . Then, when measuring the moisture contained in the sample 5 in the sample container 3, insert the sampler 1 from the insertion port 4 of the sample container 3 and attach the sample 5 to the scooping part 2, and then The sampler 1 is pulled up to take out a part of the sample 5, and then the scooping part 2 of the sampler 1 with the sample 5 attached thereto is inserted into the titration container 6 through the inlet 7, and the sample 5 attached is dissolved in solvent 8.
Incidentally, FIG. 11 shows another conventional example of the sampler 9, in which the tip of a platinum rod is formed into a spiral shape, and the sample 5 is attached to this spiral portion 10.

Problems that the invention attempts to solve When measuring the water content in sample 5,
By measuring the weight of the sample container 3 before and after taking out the sample 5 and finding the difference, the weight of the titration container 6 is determined.
The amount of sample 5 dissolved in solvent 8 is calculated. Therefore, the moisture contained in the sample 5 is calculated based on the amount of sample 5 taken out from the sample container 3, but in order to ensure accurate moisture measurement, the amount of water contained in the sample 5 from the sample container 3 is It is necessary to match the amount taken out and the amount of sample 5 dissolved in the solvent 8 of the titration container 6. However, when using the conventional sampler 1, the sample 5 bulges up and adheres to the circumference of the scooping part 2, so when inserting the scooping part 2 into the input port 7 of the titration container 6, the attached sample A part of the sample 5 remains attached to the inner surface 7a or the end surface 7b of the inlet 7, and therefore, the amount of sample 5 actually dissolved in the solvent 8 in the titration container 6 is less than that of the sample 5 taken out from the sample container 3. There was a problem that the amount of water taken out was smaller than the amount of water taken out, making it impossible to perform accurate moisture measurements. Further, a similar problem occurred when Sampler 9 was used.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a sample container that accommodates a highly viscous sample and has an insertion port at the upper end, and a sample container that is attached to the insertion port of the sample container and has a through hole in the center. A plug formed with a highly viscous material, which is removably inserted into the sample container through the through hole of the plug, and which is bulged and adhered to the outer circumferential surface of the tip. It consists of a rod-shaped sampler that has a recess formed therein so that it can be scraped off in conjunction with the action of pulling out the sample from the sample container.

Embodiment In FIGS. 1 to 6, reference numeral 11 is a bar-shaped sampler with a circular cross section and a predetermined length, and a plurality of recessed annular grooves 14 are formed on the outer peripheral surface 13 of the tip 12 of the sampler 11. do. Reference numeral 15 denotes a sample container having an insertion opening 16 at the top, and a predetermined amount of a highly viscous sample 17 (hereinafter simply referred to as sample) is accommodated in this sample container 15. Reference numeral 18 denotes a plug attached to the insertion port 16 of the sample container 15, and a through hole 19 having an inner diameter substantially the same as the outer diameter of the sampler 11 is formed in the center of the plug 18. When taking out the sample 17 inside the sample container 15, the sampler 11 is inserted into the through hole 19 of the stopper 18, and after the sample 17 is attached to the tip 12, the sampler 11 is pulled up. Reference numeral 20 denotes a titration container in which an inlet 21 having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the tip 12 of the sampler 11 is provided at a predetermined portion of the circumferential wall 22.

Therefore, when dissolving the sample 17 in the sample container 15 in the solvent 23 in the titration container 20,
First, the sampler 11 is inserted into the through hole 19 of the stopper 18 attached to the sample container 15, and after pushing the tip 12 into the sample 17, when the sampler 11 is pulled up, the tip 12 is exposed as shown in FIG. The sample 17 bulges and adheres to the outer peripheral surface 13 and the annular groove 14 . Then, when the sampler 11 is further pulled up and pulled out from the through hole 19 of the plug body 18,
The sample 17 that had grown up and adhered to the outer peripheral surface 13 of the tip 12 of the sampler 11 was removed from the through hole 19.
Only the sample 17 in the annular groove 14 adheres to the sampler 11 and is taken out to the outside. The sampler 11 pulled out from the stopper 18 is inserted into the titration container 20 through the inlet 21 of the titration container 20 until the tip 12 is immersed in the solvent 23, as shown in FIGS. At this time, since the sample 17 adheres to the annular groove 14 of the sampler 11, the sample 17 does not adhere to the inlet 21 of the titration container 20. When the tip 12 of the sampler 11 is immersed in the solvent 23 in the titration container 20, the sample 17 adhering to the annular groove 14 is dissolved in the solvent 23. When the above sample 17 is completely dissolved, the sampler 11 is moved to the titration vessel 2.

Effects of the invention By using the sampler according to the invention, it is possible to reliably prevent highly viscous samples from building up and adhering to the tip of the sampler when the sampler is pulled out from the sample container. The highly viscous sample that adheres to the sampler when the sampler is inserted into the titration vessel will not adhere to the input port of the titration vessel. Therefore, the amount of highly viscous sample taken out from the sample container and the amount dissolved in the titration container always match, allowing accurate moisture measurement. Moreover, it has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and is low in cost. By simply inserting the sampler into the sample container and pulling it out, you can slide a highly viscous sample into the recess at the tip of the sampler. It can be cut and attached, and handling is extremely simple and easy.
