In the fixed steel structure mentioned above, disassembly,
It is difficult to move, and even if it is forcibly dismantled and moved, each member is heavy, and efficiency in terms of workability and transportability is poor, and a large amount of expense is required. Therefore, if the user wants to move the device, it is necessary to leave it as it is and construct a new building at the new location, which also poses problems such as requiring a large amount of expense.

Figures 2 and 3 show an inverted L-shaped support frame 1.
A portal support frame with joints a and 1b connected is shown. The support frames 1a, 1b have a joint flange 2 fixed to one end of the upper horizontal part, a receiving plate 3 fixed to the lower end of the vertical part, and cane joints 4, 4 fixed to both sides near the upper end. . Further, a girder locking piece 5 made of a pair of opposing plate pieces is provided protruding from the upper end of the vertical portion so as to intersect with the upper horizontal portion and lock the girder frames 7a, 7b. The joint flanges 2, 2 at the upper horizontal parts of the above-mentioned support frames 1a, 1b are connected with bolts to assemble a portal support frame.

When assembling the prefabricated building 11, a plurality of gate-shaped support frames in which the support frames 1a and 1b are connected by joints are erected on the floor, and protrusions are installed at both ends of the upper horizontal part of each gate-type support frame. The center portions of the single steel pipes of the girder frames 7a, 7b, each of which is a jointed single steel pipe, are inserted into the girder locking pieces 5, 5, which are provided, and are locked with bolts.

Therefore, in the prefabricated building 11 of the present invention, each member such as the support frames 1a and 1b, the girder frames 7a and 7b, and the cane 8 is made of a single steel pipe that is lightweight and easy to handle. Not only can it be easily transported to the site in a disassembled state, but
Furthermore, since joint flanges and bolts are used to connect each member, assembly and disassembly work itself is easy.

In addition, the single steel pipe as each member is made resistant to rust by hot-dip galvanizing, and in areas near the coast, corrosion of each member due to salt damage can be prevented. Further, if the roof plate 9 is also made of galvalume steel plate and the ceiling surface is covered with a heat insulating material such as hard urethane, the service life can be further increased and a sufficient heat insulating effect can be obtained in the summer.

Although a corrugated roof plate 9 is shown as an example of the roof plate, the roof plate is not limited to this, and various types of roof plates may be used.
Alternatively, it can be used inexpensively as a building that can be assembled, dismantled, and moved, such as in a warehouse.
