Claims (1)
- アーム旋回軸３と直角方向に移動可能で常時工
具を把持する方向に付勢され工具を把持するとき
並びに把持工具を解放するときロツクが解除され
る工具脱落防止用のローラ軸１４が交換アーム６
内に設けられたマシニングセンタ等の自動工具交
換装置において、前記ローラ軸に直角に設けられ
たピン１８に枢支されたカムフオロア１９と、交
換装置本体に前記旋回アームの旋回面と平行に設
けられ前記交換アームが工具把持又は解放のため
の旋回をする位置で前記カムフオロアと係合可能
となる円弧状カム２０とを含んでなり、旋回アー
ムの待機位置から工具把持直前までの旋回時に円
弧状カムでローラ軸を引込んで工具把持時におけ
るローラ軸と工具との干渉をなくしたことを特徴
とする自動工具交換装置の工具把持機構。
