Claims (1)
- 物品を搬送する把持機構において、ハンド本体
に、磁気吸着面と真空吸着面との機能をもつ端面
を設け、該端面に真空引きさせる真空吸着孔を開
口するとともに、該端面を磁化させる励磁コイル
を備えたことを特徴とする吸着ハンド。
