Claims (1)
- 冷媒溶液が満たされた冷媒槽と、この冷媒槽の
上方に接し被凍結品を載置して搬送するスチール
ベルトコンベアと、このスチールベルトコンベア
の上方に配設され冷媒溶液が溜められたフレキシ
ブルシートコンベアで上記被凍結品を覆つて上下
から冷却させる連続凍結装置において、上記フレ
キシブルシートに溜められた冷媒溶液の上部全表
面を外方から固定された支柱で保持されたカバー
で覆つたことを特徴とする連続凍結装置。
