Claims (1)
- 冷媒溶液が満たされた冷媒槽と、この冷媒槽の
上方に接し被凍結品を載置して搬送するスチール
ベルトコンベアと、このスチールベルトコンベア
の上方に配設され冷媒溶液が溜められたフレキシ
ブルシートで上記被凍結品を覆つて上下から冷却
させる連続凍結装置において、上記フレキシブル
シートの冷媒溶液の表面に所定間隔で浮遊体を設
けるとともに、上記冷媒槽に設けられた複数の支
柱と、この支柱に支持され上記浮遊体と上記冷媒
溶液を覆うように上記浮遊体の上面に配設された
カバーとを有し、このカバーと上記冷媒溶液の表
面と浮遊体との間に空気層を設けたことを特徴と
する連続凍結装置。
