- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 検圧通路を設けた基台の一側に感圧チツプを配
設し、 上記基台の他側に圧力導入パイプを一体的に突
設し、 該圧力導入パイプと反対側にリード端子を導出
した圧力素子であつて、 上記圧力導入パイプの外周部には、圧力センサ
の素子ホルダにおける検知圧導入部に螺合する雄
ネジ部を形成した 圧力素子。
