  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 本体と、該本体に取付けられた形状記憶合
    金からなる金属ダイアフラムと、この金属ダイア
    フラムの受けた圧力を検出する感圧素子とにより
    構成されたことを特徴とする圧力検出装置。 (2) 前記感圧素子は、金属ダイアフラムの歪量
    を検出することで受圧力を検出している実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧力検出装置。
