- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 背面電極上に絶縁層、発光層及び透明導電フイ
ルムを順次重ねて形成し、これらの上下から防湿
フイルムにより密封することにより構成される厚
膜ＥＬ素子において、 発光層及び透明導電フイルムの間で、該発光層
の周囲に沿つて、絶縁体が設けられていることを
