Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 背面電極上に、絶縁層、発光層及び透明導電フ
イルムを順次重ねて形成し、上下から防湿フイル
ムにより密封することにより構成されるＥＬ素子
において、 上記防湿フイルムの側縁でその間から外方に向
かつて延びていて且つ給電用のリード線がハンダ
付け等により接続されている取出し電極の先端領
域にて、該取出し電極、これに連続している防湿
フイルムの側縁及びリード線のカバーの端部がブ
チルゴム等の絶縁材により一体的に密封されてお
り、さらに熱収縮チユーブ等により覆われている
ことを特徴とする、ＥＬ素子。
