Description
第１図及び第２図は夫々本考案及び従来技術の
一例を示す配管系を含む構成図である。図におい
て、３は往復動圧縮機、８はミストセパレータ、
９はフロート式オートドレンバルブ、１０はドレ
ンタンク、１２はタフネルオイルブロツターフイ
ルタ、１３は圧縮機チヤンバ、１４はアラソーブ
ク５１フイルタである。
一例を示す配管系を含む構成図である。図におい
て、３は往復動圧縮機、８はミストセパレータ、
９はフロート式オートドレンバルブ、１０はドレ
ンタンク、１２はタフネルオイルブロツターフイ
ルタ、１３は圧縮機チヤンバ、１４はアラソーブ
ク５１フイルタである。
Claims (1)
- 空気圧縮機の吐出側と空気タンクの配管経路の
途中に銅管をらせん状に巻いたクーラパイプ、円
筒状のフイルタを内蔵したミストセパレータ及び
空気タンクの逆圧を防止する逆止弁を直列に配管
し、ミストセパレータの底部にはフロート式オー
トドレンバルブを装着し、その出口にはドレンタ
ンクを接続し、ドレンタンクの上部側面のオーバ
フロー口には油は通すが水は通さないフイルタを
装着し、ドレンタンクの底部には水は通すが油は
通さないフイルタを装着して、油は圧縮機チヤン
バへ戻し、水はドレンタンクの底部から確実に排
出できるようにした空気圧縮機の油水分離機構。
