Claims (1)
- 赤外線検出素子を内部に搭載する二重筒構造を
した赤外線検出器と、上記赤外線検出器を保護す
るホルダと、上記赤外線検出素子を極低温に冷却
する冷却器とを備えた赤外線検出装置において、
上記冷却器をバネを介してバネホルダにて上記赤
外線検出器を保護するホルダに固定したことを特
徴とする赤外線検出装置。
