    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 赤外線検出素子を内部に搭載する二重円筒構造
    をした赤外線検出器と、上記赤外線検出器を保護
    するホルダと、上記赤外線検出素子を極低温に冷
    却する冷却器を備えた赤外線検出装置において、
    上記赤外線検出器に加わる振動と近い振動が冷却
    器に加わるように上記冷却器を直接赤外線検出器
    に押し付けるバネを具備したことを特徴とする赤
    外線検出装置。
