Claims (1)
- 中心線が所定のウエハ載置部の中心を通るよう
に設けられた軸と、前記ウエハ載置部の周囲に立
てられた複数の位置決めピンと、前記軸に軸受を
介して回転しないように取り付けられていて、各
位置決めピンを支持すると共にそれらが前記軸の
中心線に対して放射状に移動するようにガイドす
るガイド機構と、前記軸と各位置決めピンとの間
に設けられていて、前記軸の回転運動を各位置決
めピンの同心状のスライド運動に変換するリンク
機構と、前記軸を往復回転させる駆動源とを備え
ることを特徴とするウエハ位置決め装置。
