Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 単一の電源に直結されたメモリ用電源と、 上記単一の電源にキー操作によつて接続される
動作用電源と、 上記メモリ用電源に第１のスイツチング素子を
介して接続される動作用定電圧回路と、 上記キー操作に応じて供給される動作用電源の
有無によつて制御される第２のスイツチング素子
と、 上記メモリ用電源又は上記動作用電源に接続さ
れた過電圧検出回路と を備え、該過電圧検出回路の過電圧検出出力によ
つて上記第２のスイツチング素子によつて制御さ
れる上記第１のスイツチング素子を制御して上記
メモリ用電源からの上記動作用定電圧回路への電
源の供給を遮断するようにしたことを特徴とする
過電圧保護回路。
