Claims (1)
- 大気に非接触な配管中を流れる高純度純水を配
管外に取り出し測定する場合においての被測定水
を大気中に含まれる汚染因子からガードする治具
であつて、前記配管から前記高純度純水をセンサ
ーの取り付けられた本体に大気に非接触で取り込
み外部へ排出することができる機構を具備し、セ
ンサーの取り付けを可能とし、取り付け後センサ
ーを大気より遮断せしめ、前記本体は内部に気泡
がなきことを確認できる様透明材料で作られ、か
つその内容積を適当な容量に調節することができ
る機構を具備することを特徴とする高純度純水測
定用センサーガード。
