Claims (1)
- 差圧発信器からの差圧信号と予め設定される圧
力の目標値とを比較する圧力比較器を設け、該圧
力比較器より発生する制御信号でアクチユエータ
を制御するようにした圧力制御装置において、圧
力サンプリングタイムを適宜設定しうる圧力サン
プリングタイム設定手段と、差圧信号と設定目標
値との偏差量が所定値を超えるまで圧力比較器の
出力を抑制する不感帯設定手段とにより前記差圧
信号を制御し、且つ前記アクチユエータからの信
号をデイジタル信号に変換するＡ／Ｄ変換器を設
け、圧力制御装置の前面に設けた表示パネルにア
クチユエータの動作状態をデイジタル表示するこ
とを特徴とする圧力制御装置。
