Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 吸着手段が設けられた回路部品の搬送手段と、 前記吸着手段の移動方向に沿う回路部品の吸着
位置と、配線基板への前記回路部品の取付位置と
の間に配置される位置決め装置であつて、それぞ
れ導電性材料から成る位置決め治具を備え、その
位置決め治具において回路部品の電極に臨む特定
対以外の残余の対の少なくとも表面に電気絶縁層
を形成し、前記特定対を用いて回路部品の電気定
数を計測するようにしたことを特徴とする回路部
品の取付装置。
