フイードバツク機構を有する電油サーボアクチユ
エータにおいて、 サーボモータにより回転する前記スプール移動
用のボールネジ軸と、前記スプールに結合されて
いる連結軸との結合部が、往復動自在となるよう
に作動油と絶縁された空間を形成し、この空間に
潤滑特性の良い潤滑油を封入したことを特徴とす
る電油サーボアクチユエータ。
