反射光とから二重像を形成して、光学的な帯域制
限をしたことを特徴とする光学的ローパスフイル
タ。 (2) 前記ハーフミラー面の前方の入射面内に1/4
波長位相差板を設けた請求項第１項記載の光学的
ローパスフイルタを複数個縦続接続したことを特
徴とする光学的ローパスフイルタ。
