Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 導体にゴム、プラスチツク等の内部半導電
層、絶縁体及び外部半導電層を押し出し被覆した
ケーブルを加熱部と冷却部とによつて構成される
横型の架橋管内を通過させて連続架橋するものに
おいて、上記加熱部に加熱用の蒸気を制御しなが
ら自動的に供給する蒸気自動供給装置を設けたこ
とを特徴とする架橋ポリエチレン絶縁ケーブルの
架橋装置。 (2) 上記蒸気自動供給装置は、上記加熱部に設
けられている蒸気取り入れ口に全開全閉のみでき
る漏洩防止弁を設け、前記漏洩防止弁の開閉動作
をスタートタイマで行なうと共にサイクルタイマ
によつて予め設定してある時間間隔で開閉するよ
うにしたものである請求項１記載の架橋ポリエチ
レン絶縁ケーブルの架橋装置。 (3) 上記蒸気自動供給装置における漏洩防止弁
の開閉動作は、弁のＯＮデユーテイを所定時間内
に徐々に大きくしていき、１００％のデユーテイ
にするものである請求項２記載の架橋ポリエチレ
ン絶縁ケーブルの架橋装置。 (4) 上記蒸気自動供給装置は、上記加熱部に設
けられている蒸気取り入れ口に供給する蒸気量を
自動的に制御する自動調節弁を設け、前記自動調
節弁の自動制御をプログラムによつて制御するプ
ログラム制御器を設けたものである請求項１記載
の架橋ポリエチレン絶縁ケーブルの架橋装置。
