Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 真空乾燥装置において、乾燥室内を所定の真空
    若しくは減圧雰囲気と成す真空ポンプを排気管を
    介して配設せしめると共に、真空ポンプには制御
    装置を設置せしめ、又制御装置により外部と乾燥
    室を開閉通する自動開閉弁を設置せしめ、一方乾
    燥室内にマイクロ波を照射するマイクロ波照射装
    置を配設せしめ、該マイクロ波照射装置を前記排
    気管内に設置せしめた温度センサーと接続せしめ
    たことを特徴とする食品の真空乾燥装置。
