Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電流によつて一定温度に加熱されるヒータチツ
    プを、はんだ付けされるべき電子部品などの被加
    熱物に当接して加熱を行う電子部品のはんだ付け
    装置において、 ヒータチツプに通電してから、該ヒータチツプ
    の被加熱物に当接する部分の温度がはんだ付けに
    適した値であつてほぼ均一となつた後に、ヒータ
    チツプを前記被加熱物に当接してはんだ付けを行
    うようにしたことを特徴とする電子部品のはんだ
    付け装置。
