Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 前面基板に形成された陽極と背面基板に形
    成された陰極とを放電用ガス媒体を介して相対向
    させることにより構成される電極対の配列を具え
    、これら電極対に外部印加電圧を加えることによ
    り放電発光させる気体放電発光装置において、 順次の複数個の陰極群毎に１個の陽極を対向さ
    せて設け、 これら陽極を、陰極配列方向に順次に配列し、 各陽極の、これら陽極と電極対を構成する陰極
    に対向する領域に発光窓を、各発光窓の開口面積
    の重心を基準として等ピツチにそれぞれ設け、 各陽極間の境界又はその近傍に対向する前記陰
    極に対する発光窓を、隣接する２つの陽極の対向
    端でそれぞれ画成しかつ画成された該発光窓の前
    記陰極と対向する部分の面積の重心と該発光窓に
    隣接する他の発光窓の重心との距離が前記ピツチ
    と等しくなるように画成して成ること を特徴とする気体放電発光装置。 (2) 請求項１に記載の気体放電発光装置を光源
    とした光プリントヘツド。
