(Prior art and its problems) Tiling construction methods can be broadly divided into pre-installation methods and post-installation methods. The pre-installation method is a construction method in which tiles are temporarily fixed in a predetermined position inside the concrete formwork used to construct the frame, and a frame is built with the tiles integrally fixed to the surface by pouring concrete. Although it is suitable for tiling construction on walls with large areas, retrofitting methods are generally used for walls with relatively small areas.

Post-installation methods for tiles include a dry construction method, in which multiple tiles are pasted together in a predetermined arrangement as a tile unit on a pasting sheet (substrate), and a dry construction method, in which tiles are attached one by one using mortar for adhering the tiles. The present invention relates to a jig used in the latter wet construction method.

The tile post-installation method, in which tiles are pasted one by one onto the tile base surface formed on the surface of the structure, is the pressure bonding method, in which the tiles are pressed against a layer of tile adhesive mortar that has been applied to the tile base surface to a specified thickness. Alternatively, the thickness of the mortar layer for adhering tiles is increased, and instead of hitting the tiles with a hammer handle, a special impact is applied to the tile surface using a tiling impact tool called a "vibrato". There are well-known methods such as the vibrato method, in which the tiles are embedded in mortar for adhesion, but in any method, it is necessary to find a time when the mortar for adhering the tiles has good adhesion. Tiles must be pasted; if the tiles are pasted too early, the adhesive mortar is soft and the tile position may shift due to gravity, and if it is applied too late, the adhesive force of the adhesive mortar to the tiles may decrease and the tiles may fall off. occurs.

Therefore, the tile installation work is carried out after the applied adhesive mortar is left for a certain period of time, but since each tile is applied manually one by one, if the area covered with the adhesive mortar is large, the tile installation process will be difficult. In the latter half of the process, the adhesive force of the adhesive mortar decreases, so the area to which adhesive mortar is applied at one time must be made smaller. Furthermore, it is necessary to stretch threads to determine the tile pasting position every one or two stages, making it extremely difficult to increase work efficiency. Moreover, since the tiles were attached one by one by hand, skilled tile construction techniques were required, and it was not easy to attach the tiles in an orderly manner so that the straight joints of a constant width were lined up in parallel.

1 is a tile support frame, and upper and lower horizontal members 2
Inside the rectangular peripheral frame consisting of a, 2b and vertical members 3, 3 on both left and right sides, there are multiple upper and lower stages constructed between both vertical members 3, 3 in accordance with the horizontal joint positions of each stage when tile is allocated. Intermediate horizontal members 4, 4... and intermediate vertical members 5, 5... are installed between each of the horizontal members 2a, 2b, 4, 4... in accordance with the vertical joint positions in each stage when tiles are allocated. Each member 2
It is configured in a net shape with rectangular through-holes 6, 6... that pass through both sides by a-5, and each member 2a-5
As 5, a square pipe material made of aluminum or the like is used which is sufficiently wider than the joint width at the time of tile layout. Further, in this tile support frame 1, a spirit level 7 is incorporated in the center of the upper horizontal member 2a, and a U-shaped weight holding member 8 is installed in the center of the uppermost intermediate horizontal member 4a. , 8a are attached so as to protrude forward by fixing the tips of the rods 8a, and a rectangular cylindrical weight 9 is screwed into each threaded rod portion 8a so as to be able to adjust its longitudinal position, and furthermore, a weight 9 on the back side is attached to each corner portion. A sharp-pointed spacing adjustment pin 10 that protrudes from the top is attached. Thus, the entire tile support frame 1 is assembled with mounting brackets 11, 11 fixed to both ends of the upper horizontal member 2a.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a mortar layer 22 for adhering tiles with a predetermined thickness is placed on the tile base 21 formed on the surface of the frame 20 to match the size of the tile support frame 1. The tile support frame 1 with the tiles T attached to all the tile support parts 15 as described above is connected from above with the wire 14 so that the back side, that is, the side on which the tiles T are attached, faces the mortar layer 22. At the same time as hanging, the tips of the interval adjustment pins 10 at each corner are connected to the tile base 2.
It is arranged so as to be in contact with the surface of 1 in a biting manner. At this time, the tile support frame 1 is pressed against the frame 20 by the weight of the weights 9, 9, which exerts a rotating force in the clockwise direction shown in FIG. , is securely held at the set position so that it does not become separated from the frame 20 due to wind. Note that the pressing force exerted by the weights 9, 9 can be freely adjusted by changing their positions in the longitudinal direction. Further, since the horizontal positioning of the tile support frame 1 can be performed by changing the position of the hanging metal fittings 13 based on instructions from the spirit level 7, there is no need to stretch a positioning thread on the surface of the frame 20 as in the conventional case.

17 and the tip 18a of the leaf spring member 18 in the extraction direction, but when the amount of extraction reaches a certain level or more, the tip of the leaf spring member 18 with a low protrusion height as shown in FIG. 6B. It separates from the portion 18a and comes into contact with both positioning protrusions 16 and 17 only with one side piece and the bottom side.

If all the tiles T held on the tile support frame 1 are embedded in the tile adhesive mortar layer as described above, the mortar layer 25 will harden appropriately and each tile T will fall off due to its own weight. After there is no risk of misalignment, remove the tile support frame 1.
The whole body is moved forward and separated from the frame 1.
At this time, each tile T is connected to the tip 1 of the leaf spring member 18.
Since the tile support frame 1 has already been separated from the tile support frame 8a and the gripping force of the spring member 18 is not acting on each tile T, the tile support frame 1 can be easily removed.
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6C, the mortar for adhering tiles raised in the joint grooves between the tiles T can be flattened with a joint trowel.

In addition, both the positioning protrusions 16 and 17 and the leaf spring member 1
8, the distance between the back surface of the tile support frame 1 placed on the surface of the frame 20 and the surface of the tile adhesive mortar layer 22, and the thickness of the mortar layer 22, depending on the thickness of the tile T. Various settings are made accordingly. For example, when the thickness of the tile T is 6 mm, the protrusion height of both positioning protrusions 16 and 17 is about 8 mm, the protrusion height of the tip 18a of the leaf spring member 18 is about 3 to 4 mm, and the above-mentioned interval is about 10 mm. The thickness of the mortar layer may be approximately 3 to 4 mm.
In addition, in the configuration of the above embodiment, when the tiles T have considerably different thicknesses and are used in common, both the positioning protrusions 16, 17 and the spring member 18 can be attached and detached to those corresponding to the above-mentioned thickness, and furthermore, both the positioning protrusions By appropriately removing 16 and 17, the same jig can be used for pasting tiles of twice the length. Furthermore, the jig of the present invention can be applied to the so-called crimping method in addition to the method using the tile tensioning impact tool (vibrato) 23.
Since it can be constructed to have sufficient strength, it is also possible to use the tile support frame 1 on which the tiles T are attached as a concrete formwork to carry out the so-called tile advance construction method.

(Operations and Effects of the Invention) According to the tile installation jig of the present invention, which can be implemented and used as described above, a large number of tiles to be pasted in a predetermined layout in a certain area are placed on a tile support frame in advance. The set tiles can be set simply and accurately, and each tile can be pressed against the tile adhesive mortar layer by the tile support frame using the through-hole provided in each tile support. Then, it can be pressed or embedded in the tile adhesive mortar layer by an appropriate method. Each tile can then be reliably held in place by the tile support frame until the tile bonding mortar layer is properly cured and the tile is bonded to the tile base. In addition, since each tile is released from the gripping force of the leaf spring member during the embedding process, it is extremely easy to remove the jig after pasting, and it is possible to completely prevent the tile from falling off or shifting when removed.

Therefore, when the tile adhesive mortar applied to the tile base is not yet in a state where it can reliably hold the pressed tiles, it is too early to start tiling using conventional manual tiling work. You can start tiling work at an earlier time.

By forming the tile adhesive mortar layer according to the size of the tile support frame, even if the number of tiles supported by the tile support frame is large, the tiles on the tile support frame can be coated over the entire surface of the tile adhesive mortar layer. are pressed at the same time, so the surface of the tile bonding mortar will not harden to a state unsuitable for tile bonding before tile bonding. Therefore, the area to which tiles can be pasted can be greatly increased in one operation.
Coupled with the ability to shorten the waiting time from the formation of the tile bonding mortar layer to the start of tiling work as described above, it is possible to significantly improve work efficiency.
