Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の試料容器を配列保持する試料トレイと、
    この試料トレイを一平面内で回転震蕩する震蕩手
    段と、前記試料トレイに併設され、この試料トレ
    イ上の試料容器を冷却する冷却手段と、その基端
    部を前記試料トレイと平行な面内で回転可能に支
    持され、前記試料トレイと平行な面内で屈曲可能
    な関節部を有し、その先端が前記試料トレイ上方
    を移動可能なアームと、このアームを駆動制御す
    るアーム駆動制御手段と、前記アーム先端部に昇
    降可能に設けられる試料吸引チユーブと、この試
    料吸引チユーブを駆動制御する試料吸引チユーブ
    駆動制御手段とを備えてなる試料自動供給装置。
